Amazing Turkish/Mediterranean Food in NJ (Antioch Cuisine)

Antioch (@antiochcuisine) has SOLID Turkish food. Chef Nick at the previously known Uncle Nick’s Gyro & Grill in Queens, has now situated himself in Englewood, New Jersey. They’ve officially opened to the public so gone on ahead and give this place a visit! No review as they literally just opened but a 4.9 rating on Google reviews mirrors just what we expect.

Tagliatelle alla Bolognese

Here’s what we tried:
- Tagliatelle alla Bolognese
- Cold Mixed Appetizers (fried eggplant with tomato sauce, babaganoush, hummus, cacik, labne and more)
- Lahmachun
- Antioch House Pide
- Chicken Adana
- Cheese Rolls (Cigar Borek)
- Antioch Mixed Dessert (sutlac/rice pudding, kazandibi/milk roll pudding, and baklava

Their menu also consists of a variety of pastas and steaks like Penne alla Arrabiata and Filet Mignon.

This spot is def going to be our go-to in North Jersey. Just thinking about their pide and lahmachun has us salivating. Please stop by and tell us what your experience was like.
